Some people would say that Jack and Locke from LOST were at odds with each other, sort of opposites at various times (science vs. faith, trust vs. doubt, etc.), but I would argue that if any two characters were polar opposites, it would be Locke and Ben.

Locke, no matter what, always did what he thought was right for the people around him, often putting himself at risk for others.

Ben, most of the time, did things that he knew were wrong, often to the detriment of those underneath him, focusing on protecting himself and his position.

I think that is why I choose these two characters for this mini LOST project...

Plus, I think they have two of the most interesting looks in the entire show, ol' bug-eyes and cue-ball! (n_n)
