This one was a bit of a challenge for me as at the time it was one of the most involved events I have had to plan out and put together creatively in regard to branding and event decor graphics.

Not only did I have to out-do the first annual awards, which were quite ambitious enough, but I had to use a very easy to miss-step theme: Black and White.

With this theme, I needed to create something both simple and sophisticated, and also elegant and modern, hoping to appeal to students but also excite them about the event being formal.

One way I did this was to give special care and detail to the invitation itself, as it would be the introduction of each student to the event itself.

I drew a lot of inspiration from actual award show graphics in order to give the logo and brand that polished shine.
