I am a huge Steven Universe fan for countless reasons. Some of those reasons include the beautiful color schemes and textured background art found throughout the show. I decided to make a fan art piece depicting myself and my girlfriend on the sunny shores of San Diego, a parallel to the show's "Beach City".

I created the background, the lettering, and figures all in Illustrator and Photoshop.
